Sales Tax
Everything Primo is required by state law to collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to buyers in Washington state. Sales tax applies to merchandise only and is not charged on the purchase of food items.

Everything Primo accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express via PayPal. Personal and business checks are accepted, and the products purchased by check will be shipped upon the availability of funds.

Shipping & Handling
Because we want you to have your Everything Primo items as soon as possible, we have developed an efficient shipping method, where your items are usually shipped within 48 hours. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please feel free to send us an email or call us at 1-800-697-7466. Our customer service is available to help you Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

If your item is temporarily out of stock or on back order, we will notify you of any shipping delays beyond seven days.

Can Orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Yes, in most cases. Please call or email us for details.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an Everything Primo item, please return it within 30 days for a merchandise credit. A refund check is issued for cash purchases only. You may return merchandise by mail.

Cancellation Policy
Everything Primo will refund full purchase price if an order hasn't been shipped. If already shipped, order must be returned in saleable condition. A full refund less shipping costs will be issued.
